Gossip on the Brangelina-Celebrity front!

After Angelina Jolie rocked the “pretty to look at bad-ass” role in this years’ action driven film “Wanted”, she proceeded to birth her twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in Nice, France.
Occupied with the roll of a full time mommy of six in their French Riviera Chateau, is Angelina giving up the screen for a while?
Of course not. Her newest Film “Changeling” directed by Clint Eastwood, is coming out late October. She has already dipped her fingers in Randall Wallace’s announced film-to make, “The Mercenary: Love and Honor”- a story about the Russian empress Catherine and her reign during the American revolutionary war.
Another prospect is rumored to be in production is the “Atlas Shrugged”- based on the 1957 novel by Ayn Rand; a story about a railroad executive and her life struggles.
As far as the father side of this Hollywood celebrity family goes, Mr. Pitt has his hands full as well. Coming to theaters in September of this year from the academy award winners the Coen Brothers starrs the dark-spy comedy “Burn after Reading”. This luscious cast including George Clooney, Frances McDoormand, John Malkovich, JK Simmons and more is sure to provide hours of entertainment filled with action and laughter.
Even so, this is not all that Pitt has been working on.
“The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, is expected to arrive on the big screen for Christmas.
Directed by David Fincher (Zodiac. Fight Club), this film is drama/fantasy, about a man Benjamin Button, who starts aging backwards with bizarre consequences. Co-starring with Brad Pitt is Cate Blanchett.
And if that is not all…
Pitt has a full repertoire in the oven. Coming out in the early 2009, is the Terrrance Mallick’s (Thin Red Line) “Tree of Life” including Sean Penn and Fiona Shaw.
In pre-production Pitt is juggling Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglorious Bastards”, and “The Fighter” expected viewing date is late 2009. And more to come … all the way to 2010.
As the savvy man he is, Pitt has rolled up his sleeves and like any other father is ready to provide for his quite large of a family.
Will the kids be able to hang out on set with daddy?
