Travolta Family Travesty

John Joseph Travolta a well known actor, who won over his audience in the all time classics Staying Alive(1983) and Saturday Night Fever(1977) has had quite a difficult first week of the New Year.
His son Jett, born April 1992, was known to have regular seizures in his early childhood due to a rare disease called the Kawasaki Syndrome-an inflammation of the middle sized arteries and blood vessels that affects organs including the heart.
Upon their vacation in the Bahamas over the holidays, the Travolta family endured a sad travesty of the loss of their son on Friday, January 2nd, 2009.
Jett’s death was caused by a seizure. It was concluded after a post mortem examination, just hours after his death.
The Travolta family returned to their Florida home today with an urn containing their 16yr old son’s ashes.
Due to media dodging the Travolta family Hoaxed a funeral with an empty coffin that was transported from the Bahamas on a separate flight, thus their son’s cremation was a secret.
An unconfirmed report of the show business website TMZ.com claimed yesterday that Jett still had a faint pulse when he was discovered lying in the toilet area of the bathroom, with the door closed. There was “a considerable amount of blood after the resuscitation efforts,” it claimed.

Travolta, 54 and his wife Preston, 46 are firm believers in the Church of Scientology. Therefore, they believe their son did not die, but simply moved on to a new life. They will be holding a memorial service later on this week.

The Church of Scientology does not believe in funerals, only memorial services. While, the Church does not believe in drug treatments for psychological diagnosis, it does not oppose to the use of drugs for medical conditions.
Jet was diagnosed with the Kawasaki Syndrome at the age of 2. With adequate treatment the mortality rate of this disease is less than 0.01%.
With the consultation of several neurosurgeons, Jett’s parents have taken him off drug treatments after several years.

What a sad travesty for the Travolta family and a terrible way to start the New Year.
Our condolences to your loss!
