And the Oscar went to:
“Slumdog Millionaire” for best director (Danny Boyle), best picture, film editing, cinematography, sound mixing, adapted screenplay, original score and original song. In second place comes in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” for best art direction, makeup, and visual effects. In third place this year, follows “The Dark Knight” for best supporting actor, Heath Ledger and sound editing. Milk got best actor-Sean Penn and original screenplay by Dustin Lance Black. For best animated feature of 2008 Wall-E took the cake. Best costume design goes to the “Duchess”.
