In order to make a film that would seemingly bring plenty of publicity quick, filmmakers started exploring the lives of musicians as their script for a hit film. Such films are Ray, for Ray Charles, Walk The Line, for Johny Cash, Across the Universe for the The Beatles, Rolling Stones etc. This is a film about the legendary Bob Dylan, called “I’m Not There”.
The film consists of different parts of Dylan’s personality and life throughout the years depicted by different actors, such as Heath Ledger, Kate Blanchett, Chrstian Bale, Richard Gere and so forth. Directed and written by Todd Haynes, the man behind “Velvet Goldmine”(the story about Iggy Pop) , “I’m Not There” is an exilarating biography of a rock legend Bob Dylan.
